TRANSFER GUIDE: BS IN NURSING
• The TEAS-V exam is offered at the KCC testing center (let KCC testing center know that the
exam is for UH Manoa application so you do not have to wait for the 3-month grace period):

• Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN 185) and Statistics (Math 115, Psy 225, Soc 225) is
not built into the nursing curriculum, but it is required, so it is advised that the student take it
prior to the start of the program.
University of Hawai’i at Mānoa Transfer Admission Requirements:
• 24 transferable semester credits or 12 transferable semester credits completed and have at least
12 transferable semester credits in progress
• Cumulative transfer GPA: 2.0 for residents; 2.5 for non-residents
• If you do not have 24 transferable credits, admission will be based on both your college and
high school work.
