Lake Sawyer South Paint Schemes 2016
Historic Exterior House Paint Schemes:
Florida weather is hard on house paint. Nothing gives the outside of your home a fast and
impressive facelift like a fresh coat of paint -- although it's been said many times before, this
axiom is worth repeating. Whether you are planning to sell and want to add a touch of quick
curb appeal or you just enjoy living in a well-kept home, anytime is the ideal time to upgrade
by painting your house's exterior.
Our Historic Paint Schemes are the approved colors you’ve been seeing around the
neighborhood for the past decade. Historic Color Schemes are organized by the builder and
section of the community for your convenience – you may find it easier to determine your
original paint color based on where you live in the neighborhood and who built your home.
Keeps these tips in mind:
1) All house painting requires pre-approval by the Architectural Review Board.
Please submit an application for approval before starting your paint job.
2) Homes must be painted according to the color schemes presented here. Mixing and
matching is not permitted.
3) Color Schemes include Trim, Body, Secondary Body and Accent or Door Color. Not all
homes models will have a Secondary Body color.
4) All applications should include a diagram or picture of your home clearly indicating where
each color in the scheme will be applied.
5) Color may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor or printer settings. We
recommend you visit Sherman Williams or your painter to see a paint chip before making your
final selection and submitting your application.
6) Color Scheme choice cannot match those on neighboring homes.
