Client Services Associate
We utilize a team approach to helping clients maneuver through a complex financial-services
word. We are currently seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our team and help
deliver on our client process.
Job Description
Responsible for executing on the client service program including new client onboarding,
ongoing client service and daily operational duties.
Job Responsibilities
➢ Prepare new account and service paperwork efficiently and effectively to completion
➢ Provide customer service both in person and over the phone to facilitate and resolve client
service requests
➢ Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate
➢ Send our client birthday and holiday cards
➢ Schedule appointments and maintain a systematic appointment scheduling process
➢ Manage projects and hold advisors accountable for deliverables and critical items due
➢ Maintain CRM (RedTail) data entry for all client and prospects
➢ Additional office management duties including supply ordering, filing, phone system technology
Key Competencies
• B.S/B.A. Degree Preferred
• 1-2+ Year’s Financial Services Experience Preferred
• Familiarity with LPL ClientWorks a plus
• Client Service aptitude
• Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Good organization and time management skills
