Official Rules
These rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Lorino Communications Limited Liability Company (the
“Contest Administrator”). Contest Administrator’s general contest rules also apply to the extent they do not conflict
with these specific rules. A copy of these rules and the general contest rules are available at

Who Can Enter
1.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the “Concert Or Cash” contest (the
“Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning.
2.
THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO AND GOVERNED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL
LAWS, STATUTES, AND REGULATIONS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal US resident of any one of the forty-eight (48)
contiguous states or the District of Columbia as of the date of entry to enter and/or win this Contest.
How to Enter

As part of the entry process, entrants may be provided with an opportunity to opt-in to receive solicitations from,
and/or to become a member/participate in clubs of (i.e., email clubs, text clubs, and rewards programs), the
Contest Administrator, sponsor, or prize providers; provided, however, agreeing to receive such solicitations
and/or accepting such membership is not a condition of entry into this Contest and will not increase your chances
of winning.

The contest will be conducted from Monday, April 15, 2024, through Sunday, May 26, 2024 (“Contest Period”),
on participating stations. To enter this contest, entrants will have to: (1) listen to a participating station for the
Throwback Radio Show (which airs 7 days a week sometime between 5am and 5pm depending on when the show
airs on a participating stations): (1) hear the announced contest trigger song for that particular contest play; (2) then
visit
https://throwbacknationradio.com and complete and submit the online entry form with the required
information.
6.
Each week during the Contest Period, there will be an opportunity to enter to win the associated weekly prize
from all entries received the preceding Monday through Sunday (see prize details below). Limit of one (1) entry
per email address per weekly contest play.
How to Win

Starting April 22

and each following Monday through May 27

, the Contest Administrator will randomly select
one (1) winner (subject to verification of eligibility) from among all entries received during the preceding Monday
through Sunday (the “Winner”).
Prize(s)
8.
There will be a total of six (6) verified weekly winners in this contest. Each verified weekly winner will have the
choice to receive either: (i) $500.00, payable in the form of a check or a gift card issued by a major credit card
company (as determined in the sole discretion of the contest administrator), or(ii) two (2) tickets to see the concert
prize associated with the week that they won (the “Concert Ticket Prize). THE CONCERT TICKET PRIZE DOES
NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE, HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION OR ANY OTHER
AMENITIES TO THE CONCERT—THE CONCERT TICKET PRIZE INCLUDES THE TWO TICKETS ONLY.
Should a verified winner choose the Concert Ticket Prize, they will receive 2 (two) tickets to one of the following
concerts (depending on the associated Concert Ticket Prize announced during the week that they won) and will
be able to choose the location of the concert that is available during that particular artist’s 2024 tour (subject to
availability):
